We believe that a respectful conduct furthers the Club’s mission, promotes safety, minimizes disputes, and enhances the reputation of nightlife. We are committed to providing a safe and pleasant environment for everyone and will not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, national origin, genetic information, sex, sexual orientation, gender (including gender identity and expression) or any other characteristic.We expect all of our colleagues, customers, artists and music to be treated with respect and appreciation.

Age: 21+ unless stated otherwise.
Valid ID is required to enter the Club. We only accept government issued originals, no photocopies.
- SEARCH POLICY
It is a condition of entry to the Club that all visitors agree to be searched at entry and throughout the duration of their attendance at the Club (if deemed necessary). This is for the safety of all our customers.
- ENTRY REFUSAL
We work hard to make sure the dance floor is a safe place for everyone and want to protect the Club as a space where everyone feels respected and welcome. From our own experience we know that things don’t always work out the way we want them to. That is why the management team reserve the right to refuse admission, at its sole discretion.
We promote responsible consumption and reserve the right to refuse service to any visitors who we believe (in our sole opinion) are, or appear to be, intoxicated. We do not tolerate disrespectful, aggressive or anti-social behaviour which will also lead to refusal of entry to the Club.
- ADVANCE TICKET POLICY
All prepaid tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis.
Advance ticket does not guarantee entry, all visitors must still meet the general and specific entry requirements.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry. Refunds will not be issued on refusal of entry.
The Club reserves the right to make changes to the event program if necessary, before or during the event, insofar as these changes do not substantially diminish the described benefits of the event for the ticket holder.
Advertised event times do not reflect the entry times.
Advance tickets are valid all night long, however please arrive as early as possible as they do not ensure guaranteed entry and if we’re busy you will be asked to queue with non-ticket holders.
- NO PHOTOS
We respect the privacy of all guests and strive to create an atmosphere that is built on the collective value of living in the moment. Any video and photo recordings are strictly prohibited and will lead to exclusion from the event.
We do not allow any unauthorised filming or photography during club nights and anyone found doing so is at risk of having their property confiscated. However, for promotional purposes, there may from time to time be a professional photographer present.
- NO PHONES ON THE DANCE FLOOR
We play music for dancing. Be respectful to the art of DJing and the personal space of other dancers. Every person in the club contributes to the atmosphere so we encourage you to leave your phone in your pocket and enjoy the moment.
- HARASSMENT PROHIBITED
Our policy prohibits any kind of unwelcome sexual advances, harassment or hate even if the conduct is not sufficiently severe or pervasive to constitute unlawful. If you see behaviour that has no place on the dance floor, if anyone is making you feel uncomfortable, or if you see anyone making other people feel uncomfortable, please let us know. We are continuously striving to create a truly open space and operate a zero tolerance policy to racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny and any form of discrimination whatsoever. Should we receive any report of behaviour that has made someone feel uncomfortable, the reported individual will be asked to leave.
- LOST PROPERTY
If an item is found at the Club or left in the cloakroom, we will store it for a maximum of 30 days.
